How do DRAIG Operate?
DRAIG are quite prepared to work with partners to sell in countries or areas where we are not currently represented. DRAIG insist that potential Partners sign our Non Disclosure Agreement, agree to our Terms & Conditions of Operation and complete the training course, (refundable against first deal). No corrupt practises will be tolerated, any Partner found to be employing corrupt practices will lose their licence with Draig.
Do DRAIG allow Partnerships?
A Partnership with DRAIG will come with an exclusive allocated territory. In the case of large countries more than one Partner may operate within that country, however, the territories will be well defined. Any breach of agreed territory may result in loss of license to represent DRAIG.
Do DRAIG work with Consultants?
Combustion, Fuel and Boiler Consultants.
DRAIG are pleased to welcome any qualified consultant to our HQ to receive some free training to understand the DRAIG offering. Consultants will be required to sign the DRAIG NDA and will be required to announce to DRAIG the identity of any potential client they wish to approach, in advance of such approach, so that DRAIG can avoid duplication of effort between said consultant and a Partner or Agent. Consultants are not tied to a territory, however when operating in an area represented by a DRAIG Partner, they will be expected to collaborate with that Partner. Any introduction from a Consultant that has completed the training course and is registered with DRAIG, will result in an agreed commission. Commissions are payable on successful completion of each project. Consultants are expected to cover their own expenses in order to bring in a deal. Corrupt practises will result in loss of Registered License to represent and discuss any of DRAIG's technology with any potential client
Is Independent Financing possible?
DRAIG are prepared to partner with an independent Financier to establish a Power Station and normally agree with the end client a Power Purchase Agreement for the exclusive operation where the revenues during that period (Say 25 years+) will be used to repay the financier his Capital plus required profits on a shared basis. Operational costs incurred by Draig and a Management fee will be deducted from revenues before the profits are split.
Are Sovereign Guarantees available?
Sovereign Gaurantees can be arranged for countries and larger clients by Sellbridge International, DRAIGS's exclusive partner. Terms of each Sovereign Guarantee must be negotiated between Sellbridge and the Client or Country's Government.
Do DRAIG Finance Projects?
DRAIG are prepared to consider self financing of a Power Station project. Each project will be considered on it's own merits and where appropriate Draig may agree to finance such project. For a DRAIG financed project Draig expect to have a fixed period of operation and exclusive rights to the revenues generated by the project during the specified operation period. This is so that DRAIG can recover their finance and cost of finance. Alternatively DRAIG partner with Sellbridge Interational, who can arrange Sovereign Guarntees for clients on certain projects. Sellbridge may also be prepared to finance certain power projects out of their own pocket. Negotiation on the Terms of such a finance deal will be between Sellbridge and the client.
Are Country Collaborations possible?
In the case where DRAIG are approached directly by a country's Government (so long as the country is not covered by an Agent or Partner), DRAIG will collaborate with said Government directly and will negotiate any Terms and Conditions direct with said Government.
What is DRAIG's Zero Corruption Methodology?
DRAIG will not condone any corrupt practices of any nature, we will make no payments in exchange for business. We will not enter into any discussions with Partner Agents or any individual or Country that require any form of advanced payment. Any Agent or Partner bring the name of DRAIG into any disrepute will cease forthwith to represent DRAIG.
What is DRAIG's Product Range?
DRAIG's products that are open for Agencies or Partnershis include all burning and combustion solutions. The DRAIG Generator (Under development) will be excluded from the list of available products to ANY agent or Partner.
What is DRAIG's NEW Generator
DRAIG apologises but no information on our latest development is available at this time to the General Public. Secrecy has to be maintained about this latest development until all the testing is completed.
How do I get a detailed Quotation from DRAIG?
Make contact with DRAIG via email or telephone and explain what it is you wish to receive a quotation for. As considerable effort is required to produce a detailed quotation and normally requires a site survey. DRAIG will be completing it's own due dilligence to confirm that the project is a real project before the investment of time to complete a quotation.
Do DRAIG have Patents & Copyrights?
Certain World-wide Patents and Copyrights are in DRAIG's possession covering the designs of DRAIG's product range, these can be inspected at the Patents Office UK or alternatively at DRAIG's Headquarters.
